How to pay for your pet's services at our clinic

Payment Options

We offer a wide range of payment options to meet our client's needs and ensure we can provide the best service your pet deserves.

Important Information:

  1. Payment is expected at the time the services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not accept payment plans or bills.

  2. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). No Checks.

  3. We also accept CareCredit. You can use your CareCredit account to pay for the things that keep your pet healthy and happy - the cost of annual check-ups, vaccinations, dental care, or other treatments. While the card can also be used for unexpected expenses in the case of an emergency, many pet owners choose to use their CareCredit healthcare credit card to budget for their best friend's care all year long. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6-12 monthly installments.

Highlights of the CareCredit program:

  • Monthly Payments

  • Interest-Free For 6-12 Months

  • Approval Determined in a Few Minutes

  • No Annual Fee

Pet Insurance

Every pet owner wants the best possible care for their pets, but not everyone plans on saving for those unexpected veterinary visits. Pet insurance provides a great relief not only to your wallet, but also in providing you peace of mind, without the worry of how to pay for unforeseen vet bills. Pet insurance, regardless of the plan you choose for your pet, can be a reassuring presence whether you’re faced with routine care or an emergency situation.

We have compiled several frequently asked questions about pet insurance for your convenience:

Which company is better?

  • Every pet insurance company offers something appealing for everyone. Pet insurance review is a great source to compare the different companies, and the reviews are done by pet owners just like you!

How much does it cost?

  • The cost of pet insurance has several contributing factors. The monthly/yearly premium is affected by how much of a deductible you want to pay prior to coverage of services by the company, if you decide to include routine wellness care (if covered by your chosen plan), how much annual maximum you are allowing, etc. Each plan can be tailored to suit your pet’s needs and your wallet.

Is there a copay for veterinary office visits?

  • Most pet insurance companies do not use copays, but instead, require the pet parent to pay in full at the clinic when services are rendered. You will then make a claim and the insurance company will later reimburse you based on your chosen insurance plan terms (i.e. the percentage outlined in your specific pet insurance policy).
